How do I return the product to the store? A guide to returns to Familia
There are situations with everyone when one or more items need to be returned after shopping: the dress turned out to be too big or the blouse did not match the shade of your skirt. In this case, you can make a refund. To make everything go smoothly, we share important rules that need to be taken into account:
- You can return the product within 30 days of making a purchase or receiving an order if you are a member of the Safari bonus program and presented your card when making a purchase.
- If the Safari bonus card was not presented when making a purchase or you are not a member of the bonus program, the product can be returned within 14 days in accordance with the provisions of the Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 of 07.02.1992 "On Consumer Protection".
Please do not return the products and goods that you have used. The product must remain new and fully equipped — keep all sewn labels and labels, protective stickers and receipts confirming the purchase in Familia.
In case of detection of signs of use of the product, we will not be able to accept it for return. Such signs include: scratches, scuffs, dents or chips, traces of cosmetics, dirt, color changes, the presence of odor (food, perfume, tobacco, etc.), a change in the shape of the product and others.
If you find a defect after purchasing the product, make sure that the complete set and clean appearance are preserved when returning: there should be no traces of dirt, food, etc.
Please note that in our stores you can purchase product marked "N/A" and a yellow price tag, which indicates the presence of any defect. Such items cannot be exchanged or returned.
If you order underwear and swimwear from an online store, you can try them on and return them within seven days of purchase.
